Vengono applicate solide pratiche relative alla modalità di fabbricazione Michelin. • Le performance qualitative e di produttività sono conformi agli obiettivi definiti dal reparto. Viene applicato il principio BPC (Buono al Primo Colpo). • Vengono previsti i rischi relativi a soddisfazione del clientità, conformità dei prodotti e performance qualitative. Vengono implementate azioni volte alla riduzione dei rischi. • Reclami, non conformità, situazioni non standardizzate e variazioni delle performance vengono gestiti adeguatamentità. Viene dimostrata l'efficacia delle azioni implementate. Le cause di anomalie e mancata performance vengono affrontate e inserite nel piano di progresso. • Viene completata la sezione di ottenimento della qualità del piano di progresso. Contribuisce alla sua definizione. • Supporta tutti gli operatori nell'acquisizione di competenze professionali qualitative (guida, formazione, ecc.).
