MISSION

Drive the implementation of Manufacturing Total Performance (MTP) and Variation Reduction strategies across the operational site by deploying standardized tools, methodologies, and Total Process Control (TPC) practices. This role ensures sustainable process improvement, strengthens operational capabilities, and supports business performance through cross-functional collaboration, competency development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Develop and deploy MTP and Variation Reduction strategies aligned with business objectives and the industrial roadmap.

  • Lead the implementation of Total Process Control (TPC), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process capability and stability.

  • Drive cross-functional Variation Reduction projects to improve operational performance and reduce process variability.

  • Monitor project progress, MTP deployment, process performance, and sustainability through roadmaps, dashboards, and KPIs.

  • Validate deployment priorities, resource allocation, and improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.

  • Build organizational capabilities through coaching, training, competency development, and succession planning.

  • Provide methodological expertise and conduct competency assessments to address complex product and process challenges.

  • Promote the use of digital tools for capturing, monitoring, and analyzing product and process performance.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or continuous improvement.

  • Strong knowledge of Variation Reduction, Manufacturing Total Performance (MTP), Total Process Control (TPC), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

  • Experience in leading continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, or equivalent methodologies.
    Proficient in process capability analysis, statistical tools, and performance monitoring.

  • Experience in developing improvement roadmaps, dashboards, and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in coaching, training, and developing operational teams.

  • Familiarity with digital tools for process and product performance monitoring.

  • Fluent in English (Min. B2 level)
