REALIZZAZIONI CHIAVE ATTESE Pianificazione: • Pianifica e ottimizza i carichi conformemente a date di consegna, tasso di riempimento e requisiti del cliente • Analizza e affronta le anomalie Trasporto • Organizza il trasporto (noleggio e prenotazione di finestre temporali) secondo le esigenze • Garantisce disponibilità e conformità della documentazione relativa a trasporto, fatturazione e dogane • Conferma le fatture di acquisto e gestisce le incongruenze Monitoraggio dell'esecuzione: • Monitora l'esecuzione delle consegne per garantire la conformità con le tempistiche di consegna • Avverte proattivamentità i partner di pertinenza in caso di qualunque evento, ritardo o carenza circa l'impegno nel servizio e si impegna nella ricerca di una soluzione per il cliente • Applica azioni correttive nell'applicazione pertinente • Informa e aggiorna i partner di pertinenza Metodi di lavoro • Applica metodi e istruzioni di lavoro attuali • Contribuisce al miglioramento costante per potenziare metodi di lavoro, risultati e soddisfazione del clienti
