Job Title: Production Associate 2nd, 3rd Shift and Weekend Shift

We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing facility. As a Production Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute in the production of track components and final products by operating industrial equipment and machinery, assembling track components adhering to company standards and specifications, disassembling tracks and reworking components to meet quality standards, and by managing the flow of materials within departments ensuring all components are available when needed.

This opportunity is in Junction City, KS Ag Track facility, located between Salina and Manhattan in the heart of Northeastern, KS. With the current expansion we will be one of the best automated and tech savvy facilities in the region serving the ever-growing agriculture industry.  15 minutes away from Manhattan, home to the K-State Wildcats, there is a mix of downtown life, multiple outdoor hiking and lake activities, great places to eat, and college game day events to attend. What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  • Basic troubleshooting and math skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts.
  • Attentiveness to moderate to loud noise levels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manual assembly of track components.
  • Adherence to safety and quality procedures.
  • Troubleshooting basic mechanical operations.
  • Collaboration with other departments.
  • Willingness to cross-train, work overtime, lift up to 45 pounds.

  • This job requires that you pay careful attention to what you are doing.  You will need to make sure that whatever you are responsible for assembling is done keeping safety and accuracy in mind.
