In recent years, the Guide has rapidly expanded its international reach and digital audience, with North America emerging as a key growth market.

With teams in more than 15 locations, including New York and Paris, we operate in 17 languages and feature over 16,000 restaurants and 6,000 hotels across more than 130 countries. Come and join us!
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Global Head of Editorial based in Paris, this role leads editorial activity for North America directly supporting our core business objectives: growing an engaged audience of food and travel lovers, driving hotel bookings, and delivering value to our partners through impactful storytelling.
Based in New York City, this role plays an integral part in adapting the Michelin Guide global strategy to the Americas. Collaborating closely with our Selection team, you will design and deliver an effective content plan for our target audiences across Canada, USA, and Mexico. Additionally, you are pivotal in developing branded content and sponsored stories for our B2B and B2A partners through support of the regional sales and marketing teams.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and lead editorial meetings for the North American editorial team while serving as the region's representative to the broader editorial team.
Lead the ideation, creation and publication of compelling and inspiring, high-quality editorial and sponsored content—website articles, newsletters, videos, social media assets — around the Michelin Guide’s selections.
Identify and engage new freelancers and agencies to support the Guide’s expansion. Produce on-brand multimedia content primarily in English, with select content in Spanish (Mexico) and French (Quebec).
Monitor content performance using analytical tools to guide editorial decisions, optimize content strategy, and report results to the teams.
What You Will Bring
- 8+ years relevant experience in digital content and media publishing creating and implementing multiplatform content strategies for premium audiences and high-end lifestyle brands.
- Deep understanding of video and social formats and strategies
- Ability to understand partners’ objectives and to create content that is both impactful for our partners and engaging for our audience.
- Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to develop brand awareness across all channels and drive business growth.
