As the maintenance planner, your primary objective is to meticulously prepare TEC works (preventive, repair, or new) to optimize available resources. This entails leveraging best practices in alignment with our maintenance strategy. You will be tasked with overseeing the comprehensive preparation of all resources necessary for each job, including job plans, required parts, materials and tools, requisite skills, intervention timing (both during and outside of production hours), and efficient work methods. By identifying and capitalizing on disparities between planned and actual outcomes, you will continuously refine job plans and operational procedures for future tasks.


KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Ensure timely provision of PM (maintenance) scheduling to production planners, delivering schedules at least 2 weeks in advance of their due dates.
  • Effectively communicate PM tasks, plans, and schedules to maintenance technicians.
  • Monitor, analyze, and disseminate maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Scrutinize completed work records to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Oversee the management of work order documentation storage.

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate degree (2-year) in Mechanical Technology or Mechatronics preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical maintenance in an Industrial setting preferred OR equivalent military training and experience in Mechanics.
  • Proven ability to prioritize deadlines and tasks effectively, both in team settings and independently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and executing multiple tasks, ranging from simple to complex projects and priorities.
  • Strong software application skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft projects making graphs, schedules, and with data entry
