Maintenance Engineer ( Experienced Professional)

REALIZZAZIONI CHIAVE ATTESE • Metodi e pratiche applicati (verificare gli impeghi effettuati in conformità con la sicurezza, protezione ambientale, qualità, rispetto dell'istruzione, tracciabilità...) • Piani di Manutenzione ottimizzati(frequenza rispettata, qualità assicurata, analisi e proposta di miglioramento fatta, controllare se le attività S sono programmate sistematicamente in caso di ispezioni classificate "C", ...) • Efficacia di tutti gli interventi (prevenzione delle pannes disponibilità dei pezzi di ricambio (PDR), gestione delle anomalie in tempistiche ottimizzate, …) • Migliorare il TRS-P (tasso e durata delle pannes e preventivare i tempi di arresto, i tempi ciclo, i micro arresti, ... in coerenza con gli obiettivi di ogni macchina). • Efficienza di tutti gli interventi (risorse utilizzate, consumo di pezzi di ricambio, efficienza energetica sostenuta dall'impianto) • Supporto nei processi MQP (eventi del giorno precedente analizzati, richieste risalite dalla rtiunione 5' trattate o aggiornate...) • L'applicazione del Total Process Control (MTP) rispetto degli standards di manutenzione (procedure di blocco e sblocco - LOTOTO) • Controllo dell'impatto durante le evoluzioni degli impianti (Analisi delle conseguenze potenziali delle evoluzioni sull'affidabilità, la qualità, l'efficienza nella manutenzione) • Coaching dei depanneur e dei manutentori dei lavori programmati (formazione sugli interventi tecnici, assicura l'applicazione dei metodi di manutenzione, promuove l'uso di Bibsolv+, manutiene la conformità dell'equipaggiamento, l'aggiornamento del file tecnico e del Bill Of Material...)
