REALIZZAZIONI CHIAVE ATTESE • Studi di fattibilità sono effettuati con CDC validi e messi alla prova, le soluzioni possibili sono valutate tramite il punto di vista di costi, scadenze, rischi, criteri di scelta funzionali. • Studi integrati sono condotti in cooperazione con altri business. • Richieste di modifica sono gestite in accordo con il processo di Liberazione/DE. • Il sistema qualità e i metodi del gruppo sono implementati (analisi dei rischi, AMDEC/FMEA, revisioni del design, pianificazione della qualità, DTE, trattamento di NC, ...) • Conferme (CI, RF, RC) si ottengono dopo le fasi di realizzazione, installazione, start-up e sviluppo dell'equipaggiamento realizzata in collaborazione con ruoli di business correlati. • Sono supportati progetti predefiniti gestiti dai gruppi dello sviluppo del processo. • Piani "conformi all'esecuzione" fino alla data.
